Meet Bridget

Hello! My name is Bridget Billington, and I'm a senior at Herron High School. I've been interning at the Harrison Center for about two months now. I've done a little bit of everything, including helping with the annual envelope project and learning some camera work. After I graduate in May 2026, I plan to go to college to get a degree in Social Work so that I can work in community development. 

In the past few years, I've grown as a person. When I was younger, I was a very quiet girl and I didn't have any friends. But I've spent my time trying my best to become a much more confident person, and I hope one day to be there for young girls who are in need when no one else is around. 

Some of my likes would be the video game series The Legend of Zelda, with my favorite being Breath of the Wild. That series has really made me who I am as a person. I’m an average gamer and a bookworm. I love The HungerGames and the Harry Potter series. Something else that I also enjoy is sitting down with my dad and watching a movie. His commentary always gets me laughing.
