Meet Elise

My name is Elise Keitt, and I'm the new Office Manager for the Harrison Center. I was a creative placemaking intern in 2020, and I am excited to be back full-time!

I love how actively involved the Harrison Center is in the city of Indianapolis and how it creates community opportunities for artists, art lovers, and neighbors. It is truly unlike any other place, and I am very grateful to be a part of it. I am excited to utilize my detail-oriented skills and love of research, organization, and community to strengthen the Harrison Center’s team.

I grew up in Nashville, TN, and love to read, cook, listen to music, and spend time with people I love. I studied at Covenant College in Chattanooga, TN, where I earned a degree in Art with a concentration in Art History and a second degree in Philosophy & Religion. In my free time, I love to learn new things, create elaborate pen-and-ink drawings, and make detailed recipes like potato gnocchi from scratch. I recently began knitting and crocheting, so I also enjoy creating useful and wearable art. I live in the Mapleton Fallcreek neighborhood with my husband, Caleb.
