Meet Crystal

Hello! My name is Crystal Perez. I am currently a junior at Purdue Polytechnic High School, and I'm a Mexican American who speaks both English and Spanish. I love music and video games, some of which are Persona 5, The Last of Us, and Overwatch 2. 

In the future, I plan to be a music producer. I saw interning at the Harrison Center as a good opportunity. I believe comfort is a person's biggest enemy. It's something that stops us from exploring new opportunities and growing as a person. That's why I joined Harrison Center as a music producer and Bloombox intern for 2026!

 When I was around 12 years old, I started thinking to myself, “What's something that keeps me going?" - and the thing I felt most deeply in my heart, and that is my motivation, is helping people and bringing joy to them! Growing up, my whole life, and even to this day, I have always been translating for people. I know what it feels like to be lost, so I love to help people out the best I can. That's what I'm here for! I'm so excited to help out at Harrison Center this year!
