Meet Hailey

 Hi! My name is Hailey Silnes, and I'm a senior at Herron Classical. I've been an intern for the Harrison Center for a few weeks. As an art admin intern, my work mainly involves completing spreadsheets for the upcoming Gallery shows and uploading data on Harrison Center's ArtCloud. After this year, I'm going to college for pharmaceutical sciences, and with the skills I'll develop working at Harrison Center, I plan to be a more organized student and faster worker!

I've spent the past few school years learning about art history, creating 3D and 2D art, photography, and Spanish. I love learning about cultures and countries like Romania, Norway, and Hungary. I was an athlete till I started focusing completely on school because of a recurring joint injury. All that work will show in the coming year when I graduate with an honors diploma in 2026!

Some things I love are DC and Image comics, costume creation, drawing, and science. I've been into comics ever since I was really young, and they're the reason today why I'm so interested in art. My family is full of superhero nerds, and one of my favorite things to do is watch the latest superhero movie with my family and sneak in candy.
