If you haven't had a chance to walk along the north end of the Harrison Center this month, you don't know what you're missing! HCA artists, under the direction of artist in residence Stefan Eicher, have transformed 23 windows into beautiful holiday displays for the neighborhood to enjoy throughout the month.
