Meet Kenyon Mason
Hi, my name is Kenyon Mason, but most people call me Kenny.
I am a 2-dimensional mixed media artist inspired by graffiti, portraiture, and vibrant color. Using both dry and wet mediums, I create expressive portraits that reflect the street-style aesthetic of contemporary art today.
I was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, and from a young age, I discovered how impactful creating could be for me. My interest in art grew even deeper after graduating from Ivy Tech Community College. Then, I began participating in collective shows, and sharing my work with others quickly became a true passion.
My current focus at The Harrison Center is on Arts Administration. I joined the team in June, seeking to learn more about the administrative side of the arts. I reached out to inquire about opportunities to work and grow alongside the team at The Harrison. Fortunately, they made this experience possible, and I couldn't be more grateful. My time here has been both educational and incredibly rewarding, and I'm proud of what I've learned and accomplished so far.
