Meet Emilee Daniel

My name is Emilee Daniel, and I am a rising senior at Butler University pursuing a degree in Organizational Communication & Leadership with a minor in Creative Media & Entertainment. This summer, I am serving as a Marketing and PR Intern at the Harrison Center in support of the Bloombox Festival!

I am from the suburbs of Philadelphia, and I have enjoyed getting to explore a new city during my time at school. The Indy area has so many fun places to visit and things to do. I love the vibrancy and unique experiences it offers, from the local coffee shops and bookstores to the Bottleworks District and the Monon Trail, etc., I am happy to call Indy my second home!

Growing up, I was exposed to the incredible work of nonprofits and ethical small businesses that are changing lives both domestically and internationally. I have always been drawn to the idea of community development, deeply passionate about creating and maintaining spaces for people to gather together, and on the lookout for ways to enhance collaboration and innovation. I believe the Harrison Center embodies all of these values as it positively impacts the surrounding community, and I am excited by and grateful for the opportunity to come be a part of it!
