Meet Najah

Najah Tai (29) is a local Indianapolis producer, cinematographer, photographer, and graphic designer. Her background in the arts: theatre, dance, and music, led to her rapidly growing interest in the digital marketing world. Starting from the age of seven, Najah performed in many local Indianapolis productions (Civic Theatre & Joshua Ministry Productions). Growing in her talent, she was accepted into Broad Ripple High School's theatre magnet program and graduated with academic honors from Herron High School.

Transitioning into adulthood, Najah went back to her roots and took on a leadership role at Joshua Ministry Productions, teaching therapy through the arts. After teaching for four years, Najah started working as a creative director, graphic designer, and cinematographer for a local digital marketing agency, InstaSync. Elevating within her role at InstaSync, Najah launched her digital marketing agency, Najah Tai Productions, specializing in film, website design, media graphics, animation, and social media marketing for many brands.

In 2021 Najah co-founded Culture Punch, a fine-arts youth program designed to break cultural barriers and provide opportunities for Indy youth to participate in large-scale productions that produced funding for their high school arts programs. The success of Culture Punch propelled her into the next chapter of her creative career, leading to a campaign collaboration with Toni Braxton and positioning her as a co-founding force behind the inaugural Eminence Award presented to Janet Jackson. She is currently producing Auntie Ajna, an educational children’s series starring wellness and social media mogul Ajna Surah.

"You can say I've walked through many lifetimes as a creative. My art has taken me in spaces I've always dreamed of being, and coming back to work at the Harrison Center is a part of that dream. It's one of the first places that helped launch my professional career, and I am forever grateful. I'm excited about what I can bring to the table to help further the mission and goals here at Harrison."
