Watch New Documentary, Indiana to Paris |
You’ve followed Pascal Glock throughout his journey. Now, catch a glimpse of the full story in this documentary by videographer Hugo Poette. The film traces the creation and performance of Martindale-Brightwood: Live in Paris, from Pascal’s summer 2025 artist residency at the Harrison Center, where he interviewed Greatriarchs and wrote songs inspired by the neighborhood, to the album’s recording and live performances in France.
Featuring stories of community, belonging, history, and place, the documentary celebrates the full-circle journey of a project that began in Martindale-Brightwood and traveled all the way to Paris. Watch now—subtitles coming soon!

| From Cardboard to Horsepower |
Artist James LeFebvre let us into a little of his magical process creating horse bikes for the 2026 PreEnact Festival. "I began with a drawing, then made a miniature 3D model with cardboard and popsicle sticks... From the tiny model, I began patching together pieces of cardboard and pvc until I had the abstracted shape of a horse’s head and legs.
I flattened and traced it to create a clean template. Once the cardboard pieces were assembled, I attached pvc “bones” to the legs and strapped them to the pedals so that as the rider pedals the bicycle, the horse’s legs would run." Be sure to come to PreEnact to see these horses in action! |

Live Painting, Parade, and More at the State Fair |
The Greatriarchs and friends are returning to the Indiana State Fair! From August 7-23, enjoy free Harrison Center programming, including art demonstrations, live painting, demonstrations, and more. Be sure to join us at 6:00pm on August 13 to see the Greatriarchs ride in the parade! Storytelling Drawing will also take place at the State Fair on August 13 and 20 instead of its usual location at Polk Stables. Join us on the third floor of the Arts Pavilion from 1:30-3:00 pm for an afternoon of Storytelling Drawing.
