#LOVEat38th 5x5 Ideas Competition Deadline is Friday, January 15!
On Friday, February 5 at 7pm in the Harrison Center's historic gymnasium, five finalists will compete for $10,000 to fund an idea that will foster community building and art-focused innovations for the Great Places 2020 neighborhood at 38th and Illinois. Great Places 2020 is a dynamic partnership led by Local Initiatives Support Corporation that will transform six Marion County neighborhoods into dynamic centers of culture, commerce, and community by the year 2020.
Good ideas will utilize LISC's vision for creative placemaking in the Great Places neighborhoods and support the values of the 38th and Illinois Great Place vision statement.
